Refund & Returns Policy

You may seek for refund if goods are:

• Different to which you have ordered.

 

Please choose carefully as you may NOT seek for a return if:​

• You make an incorrect choice on an item.

• You change your mind about a color, size etc.

All Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and postage costs are non refundable.

Please note for quality assurance purposes all parts supplied are checked for damages prior to shipping. Bigboys Motorcycles takes no responsibility for damages caused during the shipping process.

All faulty and incorrect parts must be returned within 7 days after receiving goods, Proof of purchase must also be supplied. Note that all return freight will be at buyers expense.
